China is full of beautiful sites andnatural beauty, its ancient culture and history adding to itscharm. China offers tourists many sites worth seeing, may it be the Great Wall of China, its adorable Pandas, its rivers, its ancient temples, ancient palaces, mountains (Mt. Everest being one of them), lakes and the stone forest.
China has one of the most ancient cultures of world and has many historical and cultural places spread across the country. According to the list of UNESCO world heritage sites, China has 40 sites, ranking third in the world of which 28 are cultural heritage sites, 7 are naturalheritage sites and 4 are cultural and natural (mixed) sites.

At Tibet border of China is the Mt Everest, the highest mountain of earth. Tibet also has the world famous Potala Palace, the united nation’s world cultural heritage site. Nomsta Lake is also located in Tibet.

The Forbidden City that was home to the Emperors was forbidden for the ordinary public. Forbidden City was declared the world heritage site and is listed by the UNESCO as the largest collection of preserved ancient wooden structures in the world.

Li River China boasts the largest and most beautiful scenic area in China. The river has many sights along it. It is a place where various countries heads have paid visit to during their trip to China.

One of the greatest Archaeological sites of earth which laid underneath for 2000 years before its discovery.

One of the China’s ancient water towns, the town has numerous historical and cultural sites along with a network of pounds and waterways with streets as well. Boats sail you through the town and it is a wonderful place to be with a whole town and homes situated along the water.
