Yad Vashem is the Jewish people’s living memorial to the Holocaust and safeguards the memory of the past and imparts its meaning for future generations. The Western Wall
The Western Wall (Ha-Kotel Ha-Ma'aravi) in Jerusalem is the holiest of Jewish sites, sacred because it is a remnant of the Herodian retaining wall that once enclosed and supported the Second Temple. It has also been called the "Wailing Wall" by European observers because for centuries Jews have gathered here to lament the loss of their temple. To learn more click here.

The  Jewish Quarter
The Jewish Quarter has some of the oldest synagogues such as the Elijah the Prophet and Yohanan Ben Zakkai which are roughly 400 years-old. Museum of the  History of Jerusalem
Museum of the History of Jerusalem also known as the Tower of David museum stands at the gateway to the Old City near the Jaffa Gate. Israel Museum

The King David Hotel
The King David Hotel is Jerusalem’s most famous hotel overlooking the city. The hotel hosted such royalty as the empress of Persia, queen mother Nazli of Egypt and King Abdullah I of Jordan. During the British Mandate, the entire southern wing became the administrative and military center of British rule in Palestine and became a British fortress until May 4, 1948. Western Wall Tunnels

Meir  Panim’s Free Restaurant
Meir Panim’s Free Restaurant- In order to aid the needy population in Jerusalem, Meir Panim’s Free Restaurant branch in Jerusalem located on 11 HaTzvi Street (in the heart of the city and steps from the Central Bus Station) is helping to feed hundreds of malnourished Israelis daily by serving hot, nutritious meals five days a week. And with over one third of Jerusalem's families living below the poverty line, Meir Panim is helping to combat the battle against poverty every day! Volunteers are welcome to help prepare meals and serve children, families, elderly and Holocaust survivors. Facts about the Free Restaurant in Jerusalem
  • 350 Meals are served daily to families and Holocaust survivors.
  • 400 Meals are served daily to hungry school children.
  • 60 Meals-On-Wheels are served daily to the homebound and elderly.
  • Open 5 days a week and 20 days a month / (Sun – Thurs; 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.).
  • One meal a day is served at lunchtime.
  • Founded in 2000 and was Meir Panim’s first Relief Center.
